Still Workin’ On It: Birthday Bash and SE Tour w/Scrappy!
artwork by atxquintero
OK you probably already know this but on April 23rd I’m having a bash (Jeff Plankenhorn’ at The Saxon Pub. I don’t wanna jinx it, but it may even sell out! There, I jinxed it.
Special guests include Cari Hutson, Gabriel Rhodes, Micah Motenko, Brian Mendes and of course Scrappy Jud Newcomb.
There’s also a big section of the saxon I am saving for all my patreon followers. Y’all really keep the wheels on so to speak, and you mean the world to me.
To enjoy those perks and a whole lot more music, livestreams, and whatnot, join at patreon.com/jeffplankenhorn
Here’s a link to the birthday bash TICKETS FOR SAXON
Up above I say ‘of course’ because Scrappy and I will be playing a mini-set, all acoustic in the middle of the birthday bash, to celebrate the release of our duo acoustic album, “Chestnuts: 10 fun songs!”
People always come up to us after shows and say, “I wish I had a recording of THIS.” So we listened, and we took their advice.
“Chestnuts” will ONLY be available at my birthday show and on the SE Tour we have named “Motel Alabama: 2022”
Make sure to tell your peeps in the southeastern U.S.A!

So come see me on my birthday, join my patreon, and come see Plank & Scrappy as we tour across the SE with reckless abandon (well at least the reckless part).
Thank you and see you next blog/newsletter/whatever this thing is turning into.

The plan is to send out the newsletter twice a month (most months). Can’t wait to share more stories, reviews, and lessons learned from a life of work.
Still Workin’ On It, indeed.
