Well the adventure continues! We are moving either to the Baja or Belize---renting for 3 months in each place, and then taking the proceeds from the sale of the home in Chapel Hill--we doubled our investment in five years, and buying outright to get out from underneath mortgage payments. CRAZY time here. But oh well. Life is good!
